Our Team
Among us are professionals from Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Italy, Bulgaria, Germany, Russia and the U.S – each bringing unique insight, language, and cultural understanding. This blend allows us to connect naturally with clients from every corner of the world, finding a common language and shared rhythm with everyone we meet.
Hospitality
Our philosophy is rooted in hospitality. Most of our team members graduated from leading hospitality schools, and that background defines how we work. We understand that real service is about care, attention, and empathy and we look after your home the way we look after our own.
Our remote-first approach keeps us constantly connected, highly responsive, and working at peak efficiency - wherever we are. Each team member works at their own rhythm, maximising productivity while staying fully client-focused. This flexibility also creates a healthier, more dynamic work environment. Without the constraints of a traditional office, team meetings feel more like team building, and I can collaborate closely with each member.
